You may well be right - first time ever Ive had damaged boards - took forever to get here AND both times damaged.
Geez - SHQ rang me a week ago and told me my sup had arrived and when would I like it sent - less than 48hrs later its on my doorstep with IPEC "undamaged" - maybe some shops/couriers do actually give a shlt afterall.
that's the ways thing are down here bb, because we have to gets boards freighted in because of the lack of shops.
I've had 3 damaged boards and almost every one else down here has had the same experince, you get to the point when you expect the board to be damaged and are then stoked when its not damaged.
The supplier tells you not to sign for it until you have checked it, then when it arrives the courier tells you that you can't open the box until you sign for it, who knows what the rules are.
Some suppliers are good and will replace the board, knock some off the price or fix it for you and then there are others that don't give a toss.
Some are also a bit ordinary with the way they pack them to.
