Im holding of buying anything until something new drops

Im leaning towards the fliteboard Amp,great reviews,mates got one fun to ride

easy to prone,great on light wind days

Rumour has it that a local board manufacturer will be making custom shapes for fiteboard.

But that's only rumours

there's a new mast and motor due,for the amp making it very versatile

Heard a lot of rumours about Foildrive but no release date

Any idea on release date

Unfortunately year or so ago bought the ol FD foil assist with deck mount batt/box then a col months later Gen 2 comes out what a pisser still got a bad taste in my mouth tossing that dough away for nada when coulda bought the Gen 2 if I held off for 60 days so kinda took my fire for FD away and been just ol school paddle supfoiling ever since as the the foil assist was a POS didn't like the batt deck mount box much at all so now cautiously thinking of getting a gen 2 but gun shy that FD going to come out with a newer model and render Gen2 in the dark ages like my foil assist any FDers in the know suggest any recommendations hang loose for something new on the horizon? pretty content at the moment regular paddle sup foil and parawinging when windy

Lots of new stuff shown at the AWSI but no replacement for the Gen 2 seen. There is something coming for the heavier foilers but you will need to be 90kgs + to be interested.
