Picked up one of these recently so I can get into proning, when there is no wind or surfable waves
Board is great to paddle & get into waves, coming from a mostly longboard background and having been winging for 10 months
My question to the brains trust is not so much about the board rather my only foil is the Konrad SS1900
I'm 85 kegs
I have waited until the surf was tiny & caught a few which were fine to get the pop up going however....
When I paddled for a larger wave lying as far forward as possible the board just lifted up & breached with me hanging on like a monkey on a stick

Must have looked as funny as phuk
I had the foil as far back as possible
Question is that size foil too large for proning anything above knee high?
Of course when I wingding thing it I can sheet out to control speed etc
If it is too large what size do people suggest for a learning proner
Or should I just HTFU, get back out there even more forward
Thanks in advance
