Surfing - Foil surfing (Sup, & Downwind), Sup surfing, cycling, fitness / training and being healthy, semi vegetarian. I am an experienced shortboard & sup surfer but now prefer & only Foil surf, I am also interested in board design, foils, fins and how to improve my surfing ability through constant R&D / testing etc, - favourite boards are - 5.10 One Egg & 6.2 custom One & 6'5" DC Cuda Copy & 7.1 Naish Hover Down wind boards:-)
