So its a 3 year old board, had salt buildup (means it probably hadn't been washed much) and was stored in a shed that's 35C?? for 3 years?
Probably why there was delam around the fins to start with.
Man...your lucky the thing didn't turn into a pile of goo.
Do people expect everything for free that last forever?
Red thumb away.
Its friday its time for a kite and beer or both.
Salt built up is coming from the evaporation of the water that sucked into the core not the fact that it was not washed...
If it was normal for a board to delam at 35 degrees there would be no surfboard left in WA. I am not expecting everybody to agree with me (especially some of the brand pimps who have interest in keeping this quiet).
Mind that the issue was hidden intentionally and this is what I am bringing up here. As some already pointed out, with a decent quality control in place, this board shouldn't have left the workshop.
So far they haven't commented on the photos so there no will to get to the bottom of the problem from a manufacturing point of you. If they don't admit, it is likely that nothing has been improved in the last 3 years unlike other people said in an earlier post.
Now if this is acceptable for you and you are happy with those dodgy values, keep buying North, it is your money mot mine.
