Message eppo. He has a lot of experience with rebel v edge.
Damn plummett not sure I'd enjoy those Velcro gloves on my back ??
Add in there the 2015 dyno, best bar feel of all these kites mentioned For me anyway. Quickest of all these kites by a country mile to per size. This can be an issue when doing board offs though, gotta split the fingers around the depower. 10m is a sick size, 13 best for board offs.
Edge still goes bigger though than all those kites mentioned, especially when right on the edge of controllable power. bigger float wise, the dyno given its speed can afford a real vertical lift in the right conditions Given the same rider And board.
Rebel holds its **** together better than all the kites mentioned When really overpowered. Heaviest bar feel of the lot though, it's a little 'clunky' at times In the bigger sizes. Has more of a downwind vector pull, need to really control your edging, especially in the bigger sizes. Much more adaptable if say taking it in the waves, dyno the next best.
The new rebel in the bigger sizes has incredible float, dyno/edge like and much easier to access it as well (it's not a race kite). Less reactive on the bar throw when in the air.
With all that said haven't tried the V8 edge but would like to, still miss my edges. All that crazy power!
Boils down to personal feel, all these kites mentioned are great kites, so it all depends.
Dyno is not a one pump and that sucks major major Cock.
Summary, given say 13m and up, rebel 2016 for more advanced pure airstyle shenanigans, edge for long floaty powerful jumps and the dyno for a bit of both. 10m edge and dyno and crazy ass kites in 25 to 30, really dynamic, the rebel though is the most trustworthy and stable, but comes with higher bar pressure.
Theres no perfect solution, never will be.
