All schools will be obsolete soon anyway, all will be online in the near future, cheaper than paying teachers who spend half the year on holidays anyway. And online will save millions of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ a year on upkeep of buildings etc that aren't really needed in this day and age.

Our state Govt couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery let alone an on line education system. Took them 5 years and two billion dollars to get a payroll system working to pay state Health Dept employees correctly. FFS.

Opening schools is the chosen method to increase the speed of spreading the virus, while maintaining it at a semi-controllable level. Otherwise it's going to take years to achieve herd immunity.

Piss poor way of doing it if they don't get the thing. Seriously, 1% of infections for 25% of the population.

The 20 to 30 demographic mingling a bit will blow schools out of the water.
