I don't recall the Italian and Greek migrants of the 40's - 50's, or the Vietnamese refugees of the 70's - 80's
ever rioting over something that happened back in their homeland. Nor the Indian, Singaporean, Malaysian etc overseas students here in their thousands.

Christians got upset about the Life of Brian and to a lesser extent the Da Vinci Code etc etc. But I don't recall them putting a verifiable openly stated price upon the head of the author -
unlike when Salman Rushdie dared do a caricature of the prophet and thousands called for him to be put to death - even some of those in our 'tolerant' Western nation..
