It's most certainly not all we can do, and whilst if everyone did it, it would be enough, that's not the case. People with an IQ under 70 won't be held to account for their actions, people with an IQ between 70 and 90 could certainly do with some intelligent intervention.

Working on the door I have rescued damsel from their boyfriend who is beating them. They then turn on you. Throw out lesbians who were punching on. But usually it is the girlfriend of the blokes I chucked out who attacked me. The girlfriends were a bit wild back in the day and did not appreciate me straying

the blame lays at the feet of the people who commit the violence. it's overwhelmingly a gendered issue because men are overwhelmingly the perpetrators of the violence. and what's more we know many of the drivers of that violence. read all about it here

We've been through this before, dopey - White Ribbon is literally presenting only one side of the reality to suit their political point.

If those are The causes of DV... why do women commit the crime at all? Are those perps just not real women? And please, define DV for us ...
