I am looking to get a custom designed wing for my business, unfortunately Ozone are one of the only ones that can do custom designs (Naish can't).
The Wasp looks good despite that Ozone were late to the Wing game but I am really looking forward to their v2 which hopefully will see some windows and a better deflation system. Does anyone have an ETA on the v2 ?

It is a tricky one as cloth is ordered well in advance of production and orders are placed months before production. We are sometimes working 3-6 months in advance of gear actually arriving. To do custom colours would be near impossible or at best an even longer lead time. I will check if you let me know what colours you want. But if they are not colours that are in stock and/or match the panel layout, it would not be possible.

I just use a surfboard bag for my 6m WASP.

I used an old windsurfing sail bag.

It's much more whether that size suits the conditions you'll use it in. I have the SlingWing 4. and its too small for the very light wind conditions I actually see on my inland midwest US lakes. I'm 210lbs and I'll need a 5-7. if I hope to get/stay up in our winds.

Just took out a sling-wing 6.4 m2 v.2 yesterday . I'd learned on a 4 m2 Naish 1st gen Wing. Can rave enough about it. It has a lot of grunt in lighter winds (12-15 mph). I'm also around 90 kgs. The wing delivered exactly what I needed to break the board from the water surface.

The three aspects that appealed to me were kite stiffness, weight, and packed size. Kites that do not have windows pack much smaller. For lite wind conditions , stiffness also helps. But there definitely is a trade off. Naish kites are comfy to fly and really stable. I think it really comes down to your local spot.
