I've PM'd king to see what sort of a pain in the arse it all is but i would have to have 25 people paid up by a certain date, No refunds - sell your own ticket if late cancellation kinda deal.

Also if $$ weren't in the account by the date then trip would be cancelled and $$ returned.

I'd be looking at weekend of 25th 26th Feb leaving Fri night back Sun

I doubt very much that I will be able to make it I am rostered on all weekend and we are fairly short staffed so I don't like my chances of getting anyone to cover me.
