@Scully: get rid of your G-string and try a W E T S U I T!! You'll need it anyway down south (DFO has super cheap Rip Curls). Too bad that you're leaving. Never saw someone picking up Windsurfing so quick. Don't let the Navy break you. Stay as you are!! All the best!

Great fun!

I got there a bit before 12, there was noone else about so went for a jog down the path to see how windy it was. Almost decided to grab the 5.3, but it was really flat so I rigged 5.9 instead. Was well powered from 12-3, and it was really solid for a bit around 2, but then it dropped of around 3.

Had the gopro out as well, had a flick through, not really the best of vids as there was a bit of fogging going on and I had to delete the first hour of footage cause the memory card was full due to me forgetting to wipe it before I went . So you miss out on 2 minutes of me chasing soldier crabs around the sandflats, haha, that was fun

p.s. should mention bloody dog owners.. i watched this couple sitting in there car there dog running around the grass, dog does a **** so what do they do? they don't pick it up, they just move their car to the other side of the carpark so it looks like they weren't responsible. Was thinking about giving them an earful, but sailing is much more fun.

you must be getting old

I think the peel island graph is pretty accurate picture, thou you need to knock a few knots off it.

jinxy is wild on that board. the only person i reckon to backloop a 10.5 kona.

for me to sail today i either needed to hit bribie or caloundra to pick up my voodoo or have solid breeze to use the wave board.

i couldn't get motivated to drive to bribie.

Yeh, wasn't really fogging. More the rogue water droplets.
