I went out at Budgy lake which is easy compared to surf but very high and choppy at the moment . Could have used my 3.2m + a 40 ltre board..
Didn't bring my small sails as intended to be finished by the time it came through ( heavy rain was forecast- ended up I got all the rain earlier

).
Blown off the water with a 4.2m revo + 68ltre Starboard acid..Only did a few runs in the lulls and then not game to really commit.
Survival sailing and decided to float in after a gust ripped everything out of my hands.Still a buzz!
Everyone survival sailing - read 38kts off point and it gets more out the middle - I'd say 30-35kts solid + a lot over 40kts
I've never had a decent sail with the 3.2m as it's a 90 model no twist one and very twitchy but I think yesterday it would have been perfect!Grr..

Not often we get consistently strong 35-40kts +.
