I made an error in one of the previous posts.

New distance records must exceed the old record by 0.5%. In Craig's case this would be about 3km.

I sailed from 9.30 am to 6pm few weeks ago with a couple hours of rest in between.

The next day i felt completely shattered and run down. There are consequences for sailing marathon sessions,just like with running a marathon. Not sure it does your body much good in the long term.

Kato did an interview at the local ABC radio.

Wouldn,t worry too much Joe, the bloke didn,t make to much sense
