Well the play off was played tonight, and I have to admit the deserving winner was Rod.
Thanks Anita for the fantastic game, (and trophy), that was great fun, had everybody in stitches.
Bring on next season.

I am so glad you enjoyed it. I am sorry I missed the play off. I was looking forward to it.

Yes it's a sad day. Once again a prize trophy has fallen into the hands of the Coastal Nannas. The trophy play off, so carefully rigged such that Cap'n Calm was unbackable favourite, has unexplicably been won by Rod in record time. It would be gentlemanly and sportsmanlike conduct for me to congratulate Rod on his win. I am sure with the passage of time, the wounds will heal, and I will get some therapy and then be able to cross that bridge.

Capn Calm and Rod begin the play off...

The victorious Rod a few minutes later...

The only highlight of the night was me pretending to be Stretch and awarding myself the 5x10 trophy.

Thank you to all the Mobbers that could make it. You made it a great night.

Yes Thanks Fangy, fantastic evening.
I'm thinking of declaring your new pool room, (school & bus shelter), the new Mandurah Mob club house.
We just need to convince Ffi that the McTavish really needs to be mounted on the wall.
Once that's sorted it's all go.

(For anybody wondering it's been relegated to the outside, you can see it's tail behind my right shoulder)

He sure left me for dead, I spent ages going round in circles in the middle of the board, finally got out of the whirlpool by going back to the start. Rod had a couple of glitches just after the start, then just powered home.
