Wow. PRO Board job. :) I thought you didn't know what to do or didn't have tools but it looks like you have board fixing conveyer.. :)

The board it's on its way home, I'll weigh it on arrival and report back. There was no water trace inside

My 2018 Goya Bolt 135 got a ~1-1/2" long crease in the same area, as described above, in front of the right foot strap along a ridge where the deck starts to slope down towards the mast track, figure I hit it hard with my heel or knee, I can slightly flex the fairly stiff deck in that 1"x2" area using strong thumb pressure. Did not see salt crystals after board dried, and did not see an opening/crack in the crease with a 10X loupe. Covered crease first with clear epoxy, but the clear epoxy got stress cracks in it, so I covered clear epoxy with white marine epoxy (PC-11) which can flex a little and it has not cracked. The small flexible area with the crease has not spread after a year. Have other dents on the deck, just like my surf board, but those neither flex nor have creases.

and if I tap around the creased area it sounds like any other part of the deck, so I must have compressed the EPS under that area with my heel/knee but the carbon deck kept its strength. Have thought about using a syringe with needle to inject epoxy under the deck in that area to fill in the gap and prevent any flexing since I do stand there when not foiling. Will continue to keep an eye on it.

Don't inject epoxy, all you do is make it worse.

Board arrived, stiff deck, nice attention to details, redone graphics, good non skid, etc, honestly exceeded my expectations and gives me confidence the same attention was given to the lamination job

5.9 kg on the scale, I didn't weigh it when new, can only compare it to the spec 5.7, still feels ridiculously light
