The mast position relative to the front wing is important. For example, the starboard 115+ fuse has a shed load more lift than the 115, everything else staying the same. The mast position is further back on the 115+.

Sail with good lift , NP V8 ?

would probably have more lift than a wave sail but less than a foil specific sail. In foil specific sail the centre of effort is high than on a windsurf specific sail. Also from what I can see on manufacturers web sites foil specific sails seems to have a lighter construction. I assume it's because you tend to use them in the lower end of the wind range rather than mostly overpowered.

You really notice the difference when you go back and forth between a foil specific sail and a wave sail. Albeit the cambered foil sail sacrifices manoeuvrability. As I understand it that's the reason why Severne designed the Foil Free... as a foil sail that sits between the two.

I think DuoTone has a similar sail.

Another question ... for learning ., should my straps be inboard , how inboard ? I understand they shouldn't be forward , keeping the front wing between the straps .

Inboard like wave, as wide as freeride, for learning windfoil.
Front strap forward keeps nose down.
" back allows nose to rise.
A BALANCE is needed, between both. Front wing COE between feet is a good starting point.

I started with an infinity 84 wing and a formula board (75kilos) I placed the straps outboard forward (my board has only two positions so there is not a lot of difference for placement). Since you are heavier, you might want to put them in the further back position to have more lift.
I would skip the back straps for now because going upwind you might need to place the back foot in front of the back strap (on the rail) and for downwind more inboard. Also, since you are flying, the board will not be bouncing around like while finning.
