Jay would be far more competitive regularly if he wasn't such a lump. He is a huge man for professional surfing.

An 8.57 for that roll-in is ridiculous when JJ was getting 7's for bigger more critical waves.

Fully agreed Mick, they cant tilt the scales to suit companies/surfers that much..........

Hey we want to run some wetsuit adds during the comp.....no worries well whack on an extra couple of points for every 100k you spend on the comp... yeah yeah good chat.

MF put the pressure on him and he surfed well. Jay Davies looked a little spooked but just focused and fully dominated , genuinely took that win..Great heat

It would be nice to get the girls out there. Especially if the swell is still building. Why not let the girls have some of this and then finish the boys in the bigger waves

looks so good now that it is glassy that you forget on some of the take offs it is still triple head and you'd need to be drawing out those turns so far to make it look fluent. i thought the young brazo italo surfed quite well on his backhand (freddy p too) - and that main break looks way better today than yesterday
