I use sex wax, they have a new one out as well I've yet to try

Love to make my own, need to find the time. It's on the list after homebrew [}:)]

I am honestly surprised by all of the palmers and Farkings. Then I get a red thumb for saying sex wax. Not that it's important but the whole pro tour even those sponsored by other wax companies use Sex Wax. If you're still using Palmers you are tripping I mean slipping......

Sex wax quick humps mate, try it. Red on first as a base coat with nice little beads and then some orange over the top for the grippiest wax you've ever had. Don't rub in circles, end to end and side to side. Once youve done it once you will be dissapointed with everything else I promise you.

To prove my point, I used to sell wax for a company I worked for and had as much for free as I wanted. I still paid for sex wax, so did the other reps I worked with. The wax I sold was about 10 times better than Palmers as well.

thought you would have known it was me that red thumbed ya with my post. funny i used sw most of my life,yet i find farking stickier and easier to rub on. go figure

I use sex wax hard base coat then a softer top coat.

Question: It doesnt seem to stay roughed up for very long, getting a type of slik appearance and feel after surfing for a while, could the wax I'm using for the top coat be too soft?

Agree chrispy, sw just dosnt go on as good as palmers.

that can be the reason, also you might not of had your lumps for the bottom coat big enough or maybe the bottom coat wax might not be hard enough. But i use the SW hard red labal as my bottom coat.

Also what soft coat were you using cause my dad was using the SW dream cream and it did what happened to you.

Check out your local JB HIFI for a copy of "The complete GANGgajang" Its a music DVD of there trip to Brazil, but it also came with a copy of the Mad Wax movie I got one about 2 years ago for about $25 bucks.
