I've paddled Smiths but went in when the flapping sheep came out and yes I got barrels. Tend to go to another less crowded sucky left.
Got a pretty sweet over head pit this morning just in front of the boiling suck rock and got hooted by the tooth pick fairy crew on the inside
Not arguing at all because I'm not very good at it just saying that for me personally I enjoy paddling sucky waves and if given the chance have no dramas giving any wave you can paddle a go.
And can I just make another comment and say that this morning I caught 5 waves to everyone's 1 wave. Not because of hogging but because of the pure fact that those tiny boards that people choose just couldn't get onto a lot of the waves and that was the talking point between us all this morning. Deep down they admitted they wished they were on SUP boards. We all had fun out there no matter what and that's the main thing.

Ha loved that sups good for old guys and women.....I cant say ive seen anyone who actually looks good good riding one of these barges......good for flat water cruising ( great exersize ) or waves where NO OTHER WATER USERS ARE PRESENT. I here they have been banned from some beaches over East because of the danger their bulk presents....We need to consider that in WA too.......How big is too big? What about if I started surfing on a 15' board or a small BOAT, bet you a few of the wave hogs would be spewing
