It was just me and one other for most of it, then a second guy but super chilled..Honestly i was happy to simply get a few and rinse the sinuses..

I would be even happier to get a few more now though..

Wow this is a bad stretch, this morning their was 10 guys on a half a foot wave..

Yep this is right up there, combine the lack of swell with low tide, strong offshore winds in the morning and no real banks and you have whites considered to be unsurfable.

Even a casual paddle on the SUP is dubious lately.

I'm serious when I say I think I have forgotten how to surf! My lap swimming and cycling have improved though

Nope... was my daughter's B'day so unable to travel today. Flat locally. Not sure how far you are driving to score??

weekend of toil, 1000km of search for a 3. 1/2 surf...failed forecasts, sketchy winds........lost banks......scorching temps and sand......all good fun. But went to surf

Small waves locally yesterday and even had a quick 30 min today after the gym..But wind came in and made it messy..

few small fun ones about last couple of days to keep sane and salty.
short wide thick spuds the go, get in and up before its all over.
crowds very low considering been so long a good swell was in.
sounds like a lot are giving up?

The wind has been the issue for me. The southerly pores in so bloody early..

Snow in just under 2 weeks so thats keeping me pumped..

Hopefully you guys get the wave pool approved/built etc.
Looks like some light at the end of the Perth surfing tunnel
I have surfed the previous model from what they are looking at installing and it is plenty of fun.
If the price of admission is a concern, It would definitely be cheaper than doing a 600km round trip for a crowded 2ft grovel just to get wet.
