Around The contest area which takes up bells, winki, Ricon, Centreside and Southie there are usually a few crew but no where near what you find up on the goldie or even at Trigg point on a good day....if yo willing to drive between 5 and 30 minutes in either direction you will be able to find good waves with minimal crowds...last year we had surf everyday and I was racking up a couple of hours on the early with single digit or no crowds on quailty reef break waves...during the day it got a little busy but if you willing to look around you will defo score
