laceys lane said.. In all seriousness that left noserider is mine. Really beautiful board and works well.
But with my sb passion fully blown up again I find log type boards to hard to go and to hard when I get back on the shorties.
My other mct 207 is fine for that so mac going to use the nr as trade while I take his 9.6 207 as a substitute log type board for 'those'days.
Its not a decision ive taken lightly. Been thinking about it for a while.
Oh btw those mct evo 2 's with the 07 rocker are the pants ants
Know exactly what you mean...Loved a 6' FW Hellfire over winter, surfed my first LB over summer & couldn't get back on the 31L Hellfire. Got my first ECS Bulldog (40L) which is still my transition board & eventually got back to 31L again. Although only as a goto board in good conditions...personally mate, I think its still ok to ride logs when its small. But just gotta have a high volume shorter board to break it up so you don't get too comfy (lazy) on it

Yeah cool but say last sunday rode the 9.3 in the morning and 5 10 in the afternoon. No probs. The flatness and no turning edges on a log make it too hard to do that . I was wasting 5 waves or mire each time easy adjusting. and that not a good thing on the goldie

I checked the rainbow surf cam a few days ago. Man it looked nice...was facing Kirra just as I popped in & the sun was going down on the hills behind. Must have been a lowish tide. Small but fun waves peeling from GM 1/2 way down to Kirra groyne & small ones off the groyne with a few people out. You wouldn't of been looking for something to turn on a dime, but something to fly down the line. Prob hard work on a SB & a bit of a coin toss, the log would have been no prob. But I could imagine wanting something to ride the wave top to bottom more. Mini Mal or high volume hybrid would have been great fun...should have grabbed a screen shot, really did look great with the sun setting behind
