well that maybe a fair question to ask.......why don't you start a similar thread in the 666 room - in there it seems that you can ride whatever you like and just put a sticker on

Not that I have an issue with that......I just love reading some of the arguments in that room - too funny

Brand name never comes into it for me, if I try it and like it and can afford it I buy it. No matter what you buy or ride someone can jump on it and make you look like a kook no matter how good a surfer you think you are. I never give advice on design, fin setups, rail shape as I dont know enough about it to comment and what works for one person usually doesnt work for another. 2 cents worth.

you'll never be a pimp with that kind of attitude

you know on the subject of a non big name brand. that little old gerry 14' i love to bits. easy to use, stable and gets run goodly, yet you see a lot of folk turn their noses up at it.

and they still do when i come in ahead in a dw run!!!!!.
