My 666 leggy is like 2 foot shorter than the board, but I only take it out in 1 foot waves anyway & havn't waxed the nose yet

Me and Dad only over take our 666 out if it is like a foot, no bigger. But, we random surf on it, so much fun. He steers from the back while I hang five or ten on the nose

Can relate mate, I stand on the back like a gondola while the missus white knuckles along sitting cross legged making all kinds of funny excited/scared noises...on 1 foot waves

Lol, me and Dad argue over who made us fall off. Had a few funny times where he has fallen off and I keep going haha, always good fun!

Lol, I had this problem a while ago. Could never seem to hang ten toes over the edge and it only clicked after I watched a video of my self longboarding. Took the leggy off, hang ten straight away and now have a longer rope. But still hate using a leggy, trip too easily

Dont know why you got a red for that Teacake but I agree with the last bit of what you say. I'd never wear a leggie when I had my log out because they get in the way and I only ever rode the log in waves under head high anyway. Now that I'm on a 666 theres a real risk someone could get hurt then the leggie is always on.
