Same old issue mate its been awesome for 3 years and bang it went last saturday,I can walk now but geez last week was a killer.One must not do dead lifts and one should not paint the fence,too much for this old bugger

Thanks Chrispy I should do that,Ted it normally take two weeks but the more I move the better it gets will be with board on car tomorrow see if I can handle some pain.
Oh Mrs mac has had a rough trout of late,back also, all coming along now.

Agreed Smicko..I do stretches every morning..takes about 20 mins but worth it as I have a "dicky" back as well.

No need for the mal.today..the 7'5 loved the pond. What a difference a week can make. Death bombs, and my courage dissapearing after every beating last sunday....to some fun long rides,with some nice little sections to.get outta the sun

I'm going to get a 6ft version made of this single

Yep you did that wide bank @ snaps was perfect LM was not at its best no water breaking too fast.

Whales about 3 or 4 were like 20 meters having a play until 2 wanks on OC's paddled around them which
made them take off,Lacey mentioned it was the best morning in ages it was good!!!!!!!!!!!Mini backdoor was
mentioned.

Yep sure did,I did a pre surf warn up and more every few minutes in the water,easily a HP morning or log it was that good on that bank.
I joined the table of knowledge mob today 10 bucks for kids in need.
