Yeah bummer you'll be away Lance but I'll be heading through Friday morning so should be good to meet up for a few.

Lucky you kept driving yesterday Ted,it's about 2 foot here atm!...

looking at the charts you guys might score Arra pretty good next thursday if theres a bit of east in the swell.very small on central coast but I'm hoping the n/easter will push something surf able in by this arvo.

Macaha, sounds serious that back issue you've got. Grant Miller had a serious issue, as in walking again could be an issue issue, with his back & specialits did their mojo & he's back surfing. The guy that worked on him has retired but theres options. Nephew, 38yo at the time, had a "scaffold' put around a degenerating disck in his neck, they went thru his throat area ie:-fron the front & did work on his spine in his neck, just amasing stuff & hes surfing now. I try & advise people "surfers" on hip replacement & surfing site to get the OP done ASAP if they can afford it, no amount of drugs, training, yoga, quackery, will fix degerating bone, full stop. Been there done it, full stop. Hope your on the improve & yes (if I can make this weekend) we will need a beer buddy!. Uncle.. over & out...Supercaliforniasurferexpertontheocean..mannnnn!

Hey Mac,that's what that Rapigel is for,it's not the be all to end all but great for almost instant relief.I've been using it for years now practically every day and before going surfing and work,I have degenerating discs & bulging and sometimes it pinches my spine .It's for horses and dogs,haha but heaps of older people use it.It has Menthol,Camphor and Isopropyle Alcohol in it,it acts as an anaesethetic,clear gel that's not sticky or wont stain clothes,try some,I've put lots of people on to it,they where happy with it!...it's about 20 -25 bucks a tube!...
