still a bit dull although the action is heating up the quality is slipping as they tire. Still nil - nil 8 mins to go extra time.

last part of extra time was great. CR up one nil in penalties

History suggests teams who take the first penalty win the shoot out - last 9 games been decided that way

As a kiwi I have a thorough understanding of what they are going through right now after several disastrous world cups in the rugby. There is nothing to do but drink, drink and drink some more and hope when you wake up it was just a very very bad dream. God help them.

I bet the Brazo's are pleased the final whistle has gone. 7-1 That was the most amazingly unexpected thrashing I have ever seen. When I was over there I read a book on football and how the team that lost the 1950 final were never forgiven. Their lives were hell. I can only imagine how the current crop will be received. Ohhhh
