And why ?

Mine was Kong.
Just so powerful.
Loved him in Performers & Mad Wax which were my fav surf movies as well.

Vote 2 for Kong...loved his work especially at big sunset...loved the handjive..plus he was a bit pudgy and grew up on a fishing boat which I can both identify with

Here in the Beergarden we're working on our ISO9001 Quality accreditation scotty mate

The Prez Asea was onto it yonks ago but new boards , surfing & rooting the entire fanclub takes lots of valuable LB time ..... also it takes a easy 20 minutes to eat a good pie & sauce .....

oh yeah ..... didn't really have a hero as such scotty mate , just a couple who ya didn't mind watching smashing it .... Peterson was one of them for sure , Lopez was another - Jacko Close good to watch

I always liked Christen Fletcher and Matt Archbold when they started popping airs in the American mags with their boards covered in crazy pics. Many years later I met one of them through a classic friend of a friend of a friend situation. Funny arvo that one.
