he looks like one of the Original Carvers from Noosa 66, i assume he's had a lot of Involvement in possible UFO abduction where he disappeared in a Fireball.

The UFO, registration G2, Redlined when taking off cause the alien named Neo was a bit of a Sumo.

When he returned he kinda felt like a Plastic fantastic Bluebird.. Personally I think he's a bit of a Tracker who nails 8balls and rides around on a scooter.
