There's a show on TVS, Chanel 44 called "classic truck restos" hosted by this complete nob called "fletch".

That bus is way better than that any of the usual boring crap they have on the show

Love the spray on the surf bus also, wish the East Coast had them back in the day. But boy you would of needed them in Perth, what a frustrating surf spot lol. Drove me nuts when I was in the military there. Thank God for Rottness Is.

No, I can't get away with anything.
My Brad Pitt profile only lasted 1 week.
Not enough Seabreezers around my area. Something about detecting IP address or something.

Fantastic resto Pup, love the old Bedford and leyland buses. Is this one of yours young enough for a syncro box or do you have the joy of a crash box?..

Hey mate hows things? .... these have Wilson Epi-cyclic pneumatic gearboxes - for the Layman it means "clutchless manual" or "Air Change". for short ... there's a pedestal on the floor just to the left of the seat on 34 where you change.
All based on speed & revs to change - piece of pish once you master it
There a branch off the column of 591 which has an electro-pneumatic system - same setup just smaller version of shifter

"I started with this rusted out hulk - poor condition to say the very best .... this resto took me approximately 12 months to complete by the way"

Jeepers the more I look at this bus the more impressed I am by it. Some of the skill levels of people in the greenroom leave me shaking my head in amazement - never more so than this one. Very very very impressive Pup. Hats off.

What other resto's have you done? Anymore before / after photo's? You must have a a massive garage / shed - Can you please show us a few photos of your man cave - it must be truely impressive I bet we will all be envious!

Hey champion - I've done 3 so far , all the same as these ..... the second one I posted up I managed to finish in 3 months 'coz I knew a museum wanted it for display (and they got it hahaha)
The first one I posted took longer because I had to make body panels out of fibreglass (took metal off & made moulds off them) find old information from the interwebs etc etc
I paint them myself too (well everything farking actually) and prepping takes ages when the job is this big
So I reckon I've spent around 3 years in total on all of them Mac - I'll keep the first one coz it is rare as .... good surfbus for the Greenroom over there !!!!!!
