Bo Ong Vau - Grilled Bamboo Beef
Seasoned thin slices of beef stuffed into bamboo tube: enhanced the flavor with spring onion and Vietnamese coriander, grilled on high heat fire then served with rich pepper sauce & steam rice.


In short it was the best meal I had until this evening - which was the

Bun Cha -
BBQ pork slices and meat balls with tasty broth (fish sauce base), accompanied by fresh rice vermicelli and season vegetable

The food over here is friggen incredible Pup (did I mention how nice (and cheap) the beer is ) - especially the street food. It will be hard to leave except that I might get to surf some waves again My work is now completely over for the year - last meeting finished at 12:30pm today so its now just total holiday time. Stoked.

Pup - I found this on the menu this evening.....

Transparent liquid with straw yellow, specially gentle of fermented fruit, soft and smooth after-use acrid and sour

Its was under the heading Dalat White Wine. Funnily enough it did not tempt me to try any But it is right up there with the best sounding wine of all time
