I thought my 5'10" SP was big and you had the 6'2"! So how do you find the difference in paddle power between that and the Potatonator?

The swell is a hoax down here in Manly at the moment - small gutless and windy. Looks like I am off to the Wharf sooner rather than later

The SP paddles much better IMHO. Doesn't have the wave range of the Pnator but can turn pathetic 1ft surf into a lot of fun.

Morning all the wind has dropped the tides high very clean conditions the swell is buried under the tide should look better around 8.30 - 9.

Go to Plomer a fair bit in past years but been a bit slow for the last three. Got a bunged knee at work which buggered my popup. That's why I bought a SUP. Now I just need to learn to surf it.

Ill be there week of 3rd Dec.

Been Reading about cold snap Qld . Surfed yesterday water temp 12.3 degrees still had the heated vest cranked . Surf pretty crappy wind blown 2-3 foot but that's the best it's been here for the last week

jeepers 12.3....yuck. The bloke I surfed with this morning paddled in and changed into his short john - was too hot in his steamer! Water feels about 3 degrees warmer today than yesterday. Joy here comes summer at long last.

Joy here comes summer at long last.

Plus 1 to that Ted bring on the warm days , the gentle easterly breeze , nice easterly swells that aren't blown out , topless chics , well maybe no topless chics here but the rest sound great .
