I feel for you drip, I had the worse dose of my life about 3 weeks ago, I suspect I got it when I took a shortcut down at Longy, and paddled across Dee Why Lagoon to get back to my car, the water stank.

I lost 7 lbs in 48 hours and put back on 7 lbs in 48 hours once I was fixed, your forum nic "the drip" is probably more appropriate then ever at this point in time

Yeh your right I lived in what they call Surfers Paradise for 9 years from the mid 80's a family business had me living in those high rise joints,riding a shortie was sweet I'd jump the balcany and be out there in a heart beat,the problem was and still is the dead beats that hang around I load the place like no tomorrow.People stealing stuff from the balcany,breaking into the basement carpark ripping cars off,drunks,druggies god knows what its like today. There the real reason I don't venture there these days.

I've never been into horse racing the Melbourne Cup has been a day where we mite finish a little early cook a bbq have a couple of drinks and head home.


So what are your plans for today,a big one?

Lacey will be just waking up from his little enforced sleep.

It's blowing like 40 bastards here sort of burgers the day really, horse racing is at the same level as cricket for me not very high.

Morning fellas. Hope you doing ok LL on the recovery front. Thoughts are with you. If you want to feel better you can watch some great replays on youtube of the boys in black playing some high quality rugby. That should cheer you up in no time

Hawaii - just in the midst of booking some tickets as we speak. Very excited. Always wanted to go there. Finally got the bird over the line these last few weeks. Going to head over with 2 other couples. The chicks can hang out and drink cocktails by the pool whilst the boys play around in the water. So very excited ! ! ! ! Thanks to you all for those pics of your own adventures - that have kept the fire simmering in my belly.

Now I need to get down the pool and start doing some serious swimming.

Feelin good. Did a walk to shop and back with my girdle on. Eat and rest up now

Im in a much better place then a mate of mine who had one down low. He couldnt walk for a wèek.

For me its the same deal as my hr sternum rehab.

But sbsolutely no anything that involves any strength for a while
