Australia day aye puplic holiday here to

getting over two days of comps 666 & long board as normal I sucked in both .Saw some great surfing in the finals Local Sam Johnson & Daren McBride from up north really good to watch . Longboard comp was shifted to the Pipe instead of Makarori because of a double drowning two brothers one still missing . Good morning all

You can it' s Auckland Anniversary day here today , next month on the 6th is Waitangi day so you can have that one off too , Ted never works on that day he sits about dreaming of Mince& Cheese Pies & eating Marmite on toast .

Funny stuff TB - I have finally found a good mince n cheese pie in Aust after all this time. The Merewether Bakery - in SPs neck of the woods. And I am in Newcastle this morning so might pick a couple up on the way home

I grew up on that shizz....

Good pies.
That used to do an awesome chicken one 2.

I'd say they are currently holding down number 3 on my Newcastle pie chart. There are some very good pie shops around.

My go to is the one in Carrington.

Pies mmmmmmm .... my fave is a wicked Shepherd's Pie gotta love that bit of crispy Tater on top after a surf
