It was perfect for taking the missus out for a few tandem waves in front of the gold course. There was a little knee height right hander running into a gutter with no one out from 0730 - 0930 & then we bailed coz the clubbies started doing some activities involving 30 kids running out across the bank 20 metres South of their flags. But we were ready to bail coz the wind turned more crosshore. Missus was sitting indian style just in front of the carry handle & I was pushing us into waves, jumping on the back, standing & just adjusting weight forward/back while the missus made various excited sounds lol...went sideways on one & she got a carpet burn from the sandbank, but she (we) had a great time

Good one mate - I had one brief , look early & saw hundreds of cray floats , a shizzload of boats and almost dead flatness .... had to be somewhere else at 830 too so I gave it a miss this - sorry I missed ya today but very happy you both got a little stoke Micky

Cheers mate...wind forecast looks better for tomorrow & they reckon the swells gonna be a whopping 0.1m bigger
I'll have a look at the mainbreak, but I think the same place will be a lot of fun again tomorrow. It'll be empty down the
beach & that banks not going anywhere with these conditions...would of been no prob riding a LB down there today, but
my shoulders not quite there yet so I'll be 666ing it. Maybe cya there mate

Third day without a Surf....geez I have surfed in terrible conditions...but this shizz is just shizzrable. Anyway I'm alive and thankful. Enjoy the world

nah mate I've got 3 massive boxes to unpack starting from tomorrow so no week day sessions for at least a week

We have had some really goods waves up here Mac,last Wednesday being very very nice,on a shorty anyway. If I get the night off I might head down there lacey,I'm pretty desperate
