Here is the post that got Bert recognised and blew the lid off the whole vacuum formed boards thing.

Very good, I have read it before but I recon three or four more reads will help me understand it to the fullest.
The thing that gets me is when you look at Berts boards they are so well finished but the FWs seem to have a lot of pin holes in them (around the tail rail is where Ive seen them the most). Is that from manufacturing alot of boards at once?
