Mac mac mac. You seem to forget i had the 10 ft seaplane for over a year as a half as my only long board.
Now i have a nine fter as my only long board.
My opinion is if you keep riding 10 ft plus boards for no other reason then by a lazy bastard well the skill levels start dropping right out.
Sure theres a place for big boards. But to make it your everyday board doesnt do a surfers skill any good at all given that surfer is able to ride shorter longboards.

Impaired surfers is a different matter.
