.....talking about belly's you would have noticed Bill has put on a few pounds...always did like a beer or two did Bill....great bloke to get drunk with....he always has been a happy drunk.....he introduced me to my first longboard comp...took me down to Newcastle...said you will love these blokes Ron, they love to party...first night was at the Meriweather hotel...free beer...jugs of new or old...Bills first shout, he comes back with a jug of old, saying the line up for the new was too long and besides an old bloke had told him you don't get hangovers from drinking old....we got on the old of course....next morning, early start for the comp, we were climbing into... or more so pouring into his car and he looked at me and said....the old prick lied.
