Spent hours going through my 80's various artists albums, will continue tomorrow unless someone helps me out...thats not meant to sound like a threat lol

Please help identify this song

Electro/Synth driven Has a lady speaking french Followed by guy guy saying, "we fed you great" & another guy repeating, "we fed you great"

Only other lyric I recall is somthething like, "living in the ondelease"

So hard to track down from those lyricks...the intrumentals so clear in my head, but can't work it out...would of been early 80's, I think 80/81...but could be 82/83
