Hi all well true to her word i received my new rail grabber today in the mail for free from the U.S,not to many companies would do that, i have sent an email thanking her for her customer service and effort to keep the customer happy i can only recommend this company for the purchace of this item .

Have to say though Linda Bensons one is a superior handle in that it has a soft grip and the "hook" that holds the board has a grip like material that stops the board moving/sliding.
