Another 2-3 weeks, apparently Glassrite has a backlog.

And what happened to the 'I'm just going to stick with a 2 board quiver' ? But hey a mans gotta have toys.

Pretty sure we ordered our boards around the same time vanders and was surprised to read in one of your previous posts that your board may not be finished before R3.

I was hoping mine would be finished before the 11th of Feb before a two week holiday.

Should have my new board in any day now.....
CMON!!!!!

tried my new 9" hatchet fin on my board (10'2)
ALL the way to the back of the fin box.
changed the way my board rides making it more "pivotty" and board seems faster when on the nose.
I love it!
and for $48 at the K Surf 50% off sale im STOKED!!!!

was lookin out for ya this mornin Mac.
was out at greeny w only a few out. clean and fun 2-3ft
needed my binoculars tho cause cldnt make out much at LM's

Back on topic -

In WA for custom longboards

Try Clearwater Surf Shop there shaped by Steve Del Rosso (who is in Qld atm shaping out of Base) had a bunch of his boards ridden in the nationals and place well.

There's also a Forum member here (Pco) if he's still around who shapes boards that's posted some picutes of some nice looking sticks.

Speaking of. Ended up getting a Clearwater 7'6 Gun. Happy as. Sweet board.

Steve del rosso must be a good shaper as i know a fellow who's got the results from the National Titles and thats who he gets to make his boards.

here i am reading some info on a board for sale and i said to myself those words sound like something BB would say and bugger me i looked at the sellers suburb and sure as hell BB is selling his beloved Takayama??????Whats going on maybe a new MACT.?????

Dont fret AC - I am only changing colours - could never ever ride any other board now, I am just changing to the original colour that I wanted.

And stop watching it will ya

I'll bet that half the 18 watchers are people that know me/the board

A bit I spose. I have said since the first day I got the taky that the only thing stopping it being the PERFECT board was the colour but I had to be sure it was the perfect board before going to the trouble of sourcing my preferred colour. Well - fussy or not - I should soon own the best longboard I have ever owned or ridden
