Worked f'ing hard for that house, did most of the work myself, and traded/contra most of that house to get it where its at.

That kitchen table took 20+ hours alone so its not a matter of being rich just a matter of being cunning.

Still broke, still in stupid amounts of debt.

Yep the board has been traded,ended up getting what I wanted which didn't take too long to twist an arm or two

I know you Chrispy, when can I stay in your houseboat??

You can have as much "cunning" as you want for free just depends on how shady, I mean cunning you have inside you.

Anyways I'm still on the hunt. Kick myself all the time for not buying Laceys Hot Log but will keep my eyes out for something used.

Yeah Big Spazz ... I do realise. Surfbroker set me straight a couple of posts later and I vowed never to drink that much before posting ever again.

C'mon McHenry, you of all people should know that the full McHenry involves much alcohol, a bit of impulsiveness -- and no respect for the budget. Fair enough, it's early and you are thinking too clearly. Have a few beers and then see how things look.

I would live to go all around. Lots of nice boards around the 1000 mark.

The reality is I have 550 in my pocket and no extra money with baby on the way.

Price range upto 600. I know its hard bit it is what it is.
