Mate as a teenage shortboarder there is not one place within a days drive I have not surfed,I'll leave it to the groms

btw I know Asea's secret spot was unreal mid 80's but sadly lacks today

WA is so unpopulated that there are secret spots north of Perth that are sensational and waves along the South coast that are literally world class and very unknown. Some of the ones on the south coast I mention to people in WA and get greeted with quizzical looks. They are still out there if you go looking.

Of course secret these days equals remote and on the East coast it's hard to find anywhere truly isolated.

Wish I had actually started looking for these places earlier. My grom years were spent being contented with what I had as I didn't know any better.
