Some days are SUP days
IE
1 if you have limited time .
2 xcess to breaks 3k paddle is nothing ,
3 I much rather ride a 666 in larger swell ,takes some learning to paddle out but it's way easyer for an old fart like me .
4When there large and fat you can paddle into them easy.
5 It's made me a better long boarder (fact )

Mac - sometimes you just need to make these big decisions in your life all by yourself and not be influenced by mates from yester-year wearing their favourite t-shirts.......

I'm up at the Snow. I think today was Day 5. So much snow over the last few days. But freezing cold today. This morning it was about minus 4, and with a breeze and snow in the air, they said "feels like -13!". Coldest temp I've ever felt in Aus, by a ling shot.

stating that i, laceys lane, had nothing to do whats so ever or have any influence in the thought processes of 62mac other then have a bit of fun yesterday.

in retrospect i should have been a miserable bastard, worn a bum bag, gloves, hat, crocs, sunglasses and a 'i love greco wrestling' t shirt.

may god have mercy on my soul

cheers

Well yesterday confirmed Ii am missing something in my quiver, yes I has the biggest board I own out there and managed to the get only two waves and many too small ones, watching LL turn and ask mac do you want this, only to say its yours,it was small anyway watching LL pick up ripples and ride then to the beach with a few back foot bottom turns well you have to think about how much fun that would have been compared to the dribble I got.

I would myself if I had the space and transport to ferry one around. Had a sesh where the 666 was doing a continuous circle around me the other week. He'd catch a wave in then paddle out then repeat for 30min before taking a break. When the bigger ones came through atleast he had the decency to give them to me Mates were at the next reef on longboards doing the same. Hence buying my cheap pop out which I hope to upgrade to a longboard soon enough!

you know mac, i reckon hardcore lb ers would get a lot of enjoyment out of a decent 12'6 bop style board then going for a standard 10'er if they ever got the urge

a few times i have gone from surfing a 12'6 to a shortboard(not a 666) and immediately was on the money. surprisingly a similar surfing feeling

MAC, you should give one of those PSH hull paddlers a crack. They look pretty versatile. When you do, let me know. I'm keen for a 666 paddle sometime

Mate, picking up nasty habits from all you blokes in the garden Nah, you're all good. You've all opened my eyes to surfing the right craft for the right condition to get in the water not to mention the little valuable tips here and there I've picked up. Alas the days of charging ankle biters on a little 5'6 are gone

Hahaha 3 week plan mate Bloke sold it to me super cheap. It looked like dirt but when I cleaned it and scraped the wax off, it was a brand new epoxy basically. Now to fix up that 1 ding and sell it for the price it is actually worth. Make a profit towards my dream longboard

This is just sooo obvious mac, how can you not see it?

Look at the facts:

1/ they're both 666ers
2/ you're young & pretty
3/ you're still an arse virgin ( well apart from that one colonoscopy, and best we don''t mention that one lost night on a visit to Oxford street)
4/ there's 2 of them

Dude, WTF!!! can't you see they're grooming you, don't the words "pig on a spit" mean anything to you?????

Jeebus , do I have to do all the work around here
