Flat here today so its a slow lamb roast Greek style for me. Here she is a few hours ago. The house is smelling amazing. In another or so she will be ready for eating YUMMO !!

I am in the middle of making a Vietnamese warm beef noodle salad while the girls are out riding the horses it has taken me three stubbies to start but I will get there

No kiwi jokes if you please, we owe them quite a lot, it was they that invented the barrier contraceptive device well over 100 years ago, when they discover that the membrane from the lower intestine of sheep could be used as a condom.

it was only many years later that an Englishman discovered that the membrane could first be removed from the sheep that the product really took off.

That joke reminded me of the one about the Irishman who invented the toilette seat - 60yrs later the englishman put a hole in it.

They are supposed to go great. Apparently you lower the pressure down to 6 psi or so.
I haven't taken it on the beach yet.
On an un-related note: heard a car grind to a halt right outside the house this morning.
We have a tall front hedge so couldn't see much.
Sounded like they had a flat tyre.
Three teenage guys got out and walked off after making a phone call.
We live on a dirt road.
Looks like their driving skills were tested and came up short.

checked the cameras and it looked like the northerly was into it early so I spent the day painting our 11 foot high ornate pressed metal ceiling with a two inch paint brush it was a lesson in self control and discipline it took me roughly eight hours inch by fkin painstaking inch we are selling up to buy some acres its been nice to own a hundred year old house but never again its bricks and colourbond for the next joint

When I was a teenager my parents bought a 62 room hotel which was built in 1919 all with the pressed metal, ornate ceilings. Guess who got to spend his weekends and school holidays painting that place?
