Some nice action happening on this thread. I checked out some yellow tints yesterday but do not think its my colour. Some finished boards look SIC with it though. Maybe a certain 666 brand has yellowed me enough already TD's Hawks model looks pretty sweet.

So LL - what longboard are you getting then? A CWS ? I thought your mate Dale would be more than capable of whipping up something? But those CWS certainly look the business to me.

yeah he does them. but i think i would rather go to a specialist. same as i wouldn't go to sdr for a race board

i'll get one one day. the pressures mounting. what if a can't surf one. what if i blow you guys away first surf on it.


so many decisions, so many waves i can get now on the dark side.

I've only got a pic of the shaped blank mate,the board will be glassed next week,I got lucky and saved a 4 week tint wait,Billy and I moved the blank into the glassing bay evil I knowI went there with no clear idea I had about three in mind,the response to two of them was that's too plain and I would get sick of it real quick. Its going to have a nice red pigment bottom and rail with black pin line with that picture I posted last night on the deck.It will have the Y shape extra layer of glass around the fins.

Not for me chrispy I picked up two boards one pigment which is a lot lighter than the standard tint and the other a spray,may make some difference for the lighter guy.

Well here you go boys I did a complete reverse on the awesome art I had planned and have gone back to my favorite board colours red white and black and yes I've done this art twice before one Asea purchased and the other I gave to my son.I didnt want the new one to be a wall hanger so here it is.Sorry to disappoint.

i just rang up mct and told them the green room crew weren't happy will macs repeat art.


i put it to them that his and their reputations were on the line and he and them better come up with something quick smart.


the boards been placed to the back of the cue until all parties are satisfied
