The thing is we should ALL be here for what it is,surfing,fun whatever,I've met Doggie and had a great time with him,I've also met heaps of other guys from this site and some are my closest friends. Love hooking up with Ted in Bali for those beer sessions

funny thing is mac if you posted a longboard thread in the SB room Laurie would pull it. as a troll.

or post a longboard thread in the 666 room and it will also get pulled.

but Hundreds SB threads and 666 threads get posted here and nothing,, it don't figure.

Your right again mate,I get when people like The Drip say inner stuff but a lot of us see each other often,I get it must sound like a wank,it probably is but its fun right.
Some hard core stuff in both those rooms which I read often and somethings I'd like to post but its always like open a can of worms and a sh-t fight would be on and its not worth it,my point is some take it all too serious and yes I've been guilty of that in the past.

spot on mac, nice reply. I've noticed the 666 room suffers seriously of tall poppy syndrome.
they love to drag the big boys down to their level.
but thats where it all fails, like in the SB room they take it all to serious
and when somebody has an opinion they get smoked.

we had a taste of it with a guy called rOy.

Having a well deserved rest Tux,he has put in a massive amount of work so he is just putting his feet up and keeping an eye on things from afar

Unfortunately the shortboard room is heavily populated with WA crew most of which, like myself are a little frustrated from lack of surf hence the occasional bad attitudes. I enjoy reading through you guys' posts as I get to hear about people actually surfing rather than just random banter. I'll be scouring the East coast in a couple of weeks so with any luck I might have some surfing to talk about myself.
