Simondo's Surf Report;
The swell has filled in. Some 2 foot swell lines moving through around Surfers. Looks like an East Swell. Or ESE? Looks promising for the morning though.

Fun waves this morning, even if I needed more board. Mac what were the dims on the UFO. 9'1 x 22 ish x 2"7/8. Plus fine rails all around. Quite low on volume actually. In hind sight, the Lime Splice or my 9'6 Brewer would have been the ticket!

Its for sale mate,I'm going to trade it for a new one and my son can have the one I rode today.His is 22 3/4,they are making the rail way too thin for my liking atm.My next will be 3 1/8 th which will fix the rails I think.

You still stole the wave of the day that last one was a cracker.

swell has filled in here to, we even had a shower of rain? But today got better as the day went on had fun on the log early than got a few later on aswell on the egg, started flat but was probaly 3ft at the the places getting the most swell by lunch.....so i had a double surf friday.... Now can any1 guess what I have in my hand... and it's not my dick..

I rang up about the Pink 10 Footer today, and it has more rocker than a 10 foot Fireball. Constant rocker. I assumed it had the Fireball Rocket or flatter. Shows that I don't surf Wategoes enough!

It sold 1 hour before I called, and I saved $800!

10 footers are great. they are a completely different experience to a 9.

That's freakin funny Chrispy! That would have looked gay as! Mac & I couldn't appreciate it. But you were in the box seat!

That 'thing' I rode today was really refined, really small (on longboard terms)... That board is suited to a 75kg rider! Was super impressed with it though. Rode through some unbroken sections nicely. Hat's off to McTavish. They are well refined.

Chrispy's (McT EIGHT BALL!) has a bigger double concave than other McT's.

PS - Just got back from the dodgey little bar called "Aloha Secret Garden" on Chevron Island. Half tanked!

We need a better list of Board Decals for the forum... All we can abbreviate is Chrispy's [EIGHT BALL!]

We need more Logo/Decal/Model abbreviations/decals!

Simondo Surf Report - sorry, but it has backed off to 1 foot again... Maybe 1.5 feet. Hopefully picks up again over the next few hours. Maybe the high tide is killing it.

Bazaar that you can tell what the surf is doing at night, when the Goldie is light up like a Christmas Tree!
