I always do it anyway. Can be a bit of a b1tch this time of year, ya gotta leave the wax in warm water first so it goes on ok.

I was expecting a T with mine when i got the involvement...didnt complain when it didn't arrive, i was away at the time and my poor son who tasked with the un-packaging (i was away with work) was looking for it for ages, Poor little bugger was shaking the box, looking and re-looking for ages apparently, till wife finally told him he could stop.

Didn't complain then and i wouldn't now as it wasn't a commitment from them just a cheeky request from me and the board was pretty well discounted already and STOKED'NESS was in overload and still is!

I'm old and lazy enjoy my one photo and art that I've done a million times

Turn your attention to the board far right,the white panel.Is it a pigment or sprayed on the filler coat,if its on the filler coat it would be a nightmare the polish.

I can't really see the pic all that well on my phone, but there is a technique where they tint or pigment the sanding coat in a contrasting colour to the board, then as they sand through, it gives a kind of mottling effect.

Orange board black filler sometimes looks good if it's done well. Particularly around the cutlaps Other times it looks real bad, like those mess laps that were popular for a while

Unless its going on the wall anything with a polish can jump in the lake....pain to repair...extra weight etc etc...they do look nice though

My money is on the filler coat.

Nice shot would Like to see a zoomed out version some nice looking boards.

I've since been informed this will not happen due to slight change of plans,well the brand has changed.
